AiSq.xx offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Buddy Bot subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments for Buddy Bot are processed securely by Stripe. To request a refund:

1. Sign in to Buddy Bot and open the pricing page, then click Manage subscription to open your Stripe customer portal.
2. Contact AiSq.xx support in the app with your account email and the reason for the refund.
3. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method by Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage subscription" button on the pricing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period you already paid for.
