These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Buddy Bot ("the Service"), provided by AiSq.xx ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and enter into a binding agreement with AiSq.xx.

1. Who may use Buddy Bot

If you are an individual, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction, or use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Buddy Bot is a caring conversational companion designed to help kids and teens talk through feelings, stress, school, friendships, faith, and everyday life. Buddy Bot is not a therapist, medical provider, or licensed counselor, and its responses are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. In an emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency number. For mental-health crises, call or text 988.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully, or to harass, harm, or exploit any person.
• Attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject, or misuse the Service to produce harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
• Upload malware, probe, scan, or interfere with the Service's security.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Service.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. AI content & accuracy

Buddy Bot uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the outputs and for verifying important information. We may filter, refuse, or moderate content and may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. To the extent you have rights in outputs generated for you, you use them at your own risk. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

6. Subscriptions, payment, and refunds

Buddy Bot subscriptions are sold by AiSq.xx. Payments are processed securely on our behalf by Stripe, which handles card capture, billing, and tax calculation. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Consumer Terms of Service. Our refund practices are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, branding, and content we provide, is owned by AiSq.xx or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan and these Terms.

8. Service availability

We work hard to keep Buddy Bot available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiSq.xx's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AiSq.xx against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time; cancellation of paid plans is handled through the Stripe customer portal accessible from the pricing page.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AiSq.xx is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply where you live.
